Through multiple drafts, opposition, and compromises, the Oklahoma City Metropolitan Association of REALTORS® shepherded a proposed ordinance that would allow Accessory Dwelling Units in the heart of the city. The REALTOR® Party’s Land Use Initiative program provided legislative analysis that helped clarify key points for its successful adoption.
